On Campus RecruitingHow does it work?Employers who have created a College Central Network (CCN) account and who have been given access to the database may peruse student resumes. Employers may also contact students and schedule on campus interviews or employers may also opt to interview candidates at their place of business. To participate in on campus recruiting, please complete the registration form and Career Services will coordinate your visit. Employer PresentationsEmployers are encouraged to conduct an employer presentation the afternoon prior to or the morning of the interviews. Students on the interview schedule are strongly encouraged to attend the rpesentation since much of the material covered will not be addressed during the interview. Attendance at the presentation is part of the interview process. In addition, employers sometimes leave openings in their schedule(s) for students who attend the presentation and were not part of the batch of resumes sent for pre-select. Interview and Presentation RoomsThere are three modern interview rooms in Career Services that are equipped with a telephone, PC, and Internet connection. Also available is a professional presentation room that is equipped with PC, Internet connection, and LCD unit.
